HOBBS, NM – A driver and her passenger were killed Saturday after the vehicle crashed on the side of the road, according to KRQE.
A woman was driving east on East Rose Road when her 2018 Jeep Cherokee swerved off of the road and overturned.
The accident happened at about 7:44 a.m. Saturday, near the road’s intersection with North Johnson Road.
The driver and passenger of the Jeep were both ejected and succumbed to their injuries in the crash.
State police are currently looking into the cause of the crash.
