ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Local police were on the scene of a wreck that blocked several lanes of traffic early this morning, APD Traffic reports.

The wreck took place on Menaul Boulevard between its intersections with Solano Drive and Carlisle Boulevard.
Menaul Boulevard was shut down in both eastbound and westbound lanes as emergency personnel were on the scene.
At least one person was hurt during the wreck, according to the Albuquerque Police Department. The extent of the injuries is currently unknown.
Details regarding the circumstances of the accident have not yet been released.
