SANDOVAL COUNTY, NM — Fire crews were dispatched to a multi-vehicle wreck Sunday night on Interstate 25 near Algodones, reports KOAT.
The accident impacted the northbound lanes of I-25 near mile marker 249, about a mile north of the intersection with New Mexico State Road 315. Sandoval County firefighters arrived on the scene shortly after 9:00 p.m.
At this time, officials have not specified the circumstances of the crash or how many vehicles were impacted. No information regarding potential injuries or fatalities has been released.
A section of northbound I-25 remained closed until early Monday.
