Motorcyclist crashes in northeast Albuquerque after deputy chase

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KOAT, a motorcyclist was injured in a wreck while eluding deputies near Candelaria Road NE and Morris Street NE on Tuesday.

The deputy tried to pull over the motorcyclist for driving erratically. The motorcyclist refused to stop and eventually crashed.

First responders transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital with an arm injury. The motorcyclist was accompanied to the hospital by a BCSO deputy.

It is unclear what, if any, charges the motorcyclist will face.

Wreck reported on I-40 near New Kimo

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A crash was reported on I-40 WB near mile marker 161 on Wednesday, according to NMRoads.

The incident happened around 12:30 p.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.

Emergency crews respond to crash on US 285 near Midway

MIDWAY, NM – According to NMRoads, first responders were called to the scene of an accident on US 285 SB at mile marker 88 on Wednesday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 9:26 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
