
BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — Deputies responded to a crash involving a motorcycle Sunday afternoon on New Mexico State Road 536 in Cedar Crest, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The collision took place on a span of NM-536 (Sandia Crest Road) between mile markers 5 and 6, near Tree Springs Trailhead. It was first tweeted by the BCSO at 1:40 p.m., when officials had already closed a section of the highway.
At this time, the sheriff’s office has not released any further information regarding the nature of the wreck or the conditions of those involved.
