Hit-and-run driver strikes, injures woman near Fair West

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KOB, a hit-and-run driver collided with a female pedestrian near Central Ave NE and San Pedro Dr NE on Tuesday.

An SUV driver hit the woman around midnight.

Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital in critical condition.

The Albuquerque Police Department is investigating the incident. They urge anyone with information concerning the collision to contact them.

Wreck reported on I-40 near Thoreau

THOREAU, NM – A crash was reported on I-40 WB near mile marker 52 on Wednesday, according to NMRoads.

The incident happened around 11:38 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.

Deputies respond to auto accident near La Mora Acres

SOUTH VALLEY, NM – According to BCSO, deputies were called to the scene of a traffic accident at Rio Bravo Blvd SW and Isleta Blvd SW on Tuesday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 8:05 p.m.

Authorities closed both eastbound turn lanes from southbound traffic and one northbound lane to investigate the incident.
