Hit-and-run driver kills pedestrian in west Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KOAT, a hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on Unser Boulevard Northwest near I-40 Southbound on Sunday.

A person driving a 2015-2019 GMC or Chevy 1500 pickup truck south on Unser Boulevard Northwest when they hit the victim around 9 p.m.

The victim died in the collision. Officials have not released their name.

Authorities urge anyone with information concerning the incident to contact the Albuquerque Police Department.

Wreck reported near Alamedan Valley

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A crash blocked all but one lane on Paseo Del Norte Boulevard Northeast Westbound near 2nd Street Northwest on Saturday, according to BCSO.

The incident occurred around 8:10 p.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.

Emergency crews disrupts traffic in southwest Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to BCSO, first responders were called to the scene of an accident at T0wer Road Southwest Westbound and Coors Boulevard Southwest on Sunday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 7:12 p.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
