Hit-and-run driver hits, injures pedestrian in Albuquerque’s International District

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KRQE, a hit-and-run driver collided with a man sitting on the road on Saturday.

The driver of a white 2012 Ford pickup truck was heading west on Central Ave SE when they struck the victim around 7 p.m.

First responders transported the victim to an area hospital with a severe skull fracture and brain trauma.

Authorities urge anyone with information concerning the incident to contact the Albuquerque Police Department.

Wreck reported near Sunset Memorial Park

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A traffic accident was reported on the ramp from I-40 WB to I-25 SB on Friday, according to KKOB Traffic.

The incident happened around 2:31 p.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.

At least 1 dead following a wreck in Westgate Heights

WESTGATE HEIGHTS, NM – According to BCSO, at least one person died in a crash on Dennis Chavez Blvd near  118th St SW on Dec. 22.

First responders were called to the scene around 12:16 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
