Hit-and-run driver fatally collides with pedestrian in Clovis

CLOVIS, NM – According to KOAT, a hit-and-run driver struck and killed a man at W 7th St and West St on Monday.

A driver hit Vincent Galvan, 73, around 11 p.m.

Rescue crews transported Galvan to an area hospital to an area hospital, where he died.

The vehicle that hit Galvan was last seen heading north on Hull St.

The Clovis Police Department’s Major Crash Team is investigating the incident.

Wreck reported on I-25 in Rincon

RINCON, NM – A crash was reported on I-25 at mile marker 35 on Thursday, according to NMRoads.

The incident happened around 7:27 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.

Emergency crews respond to crash near Sunset Memorial Park

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KKOB Traffic, first responders were called to the scene of a traffic accident at I-40 WB and University Blvd NE on Wednesday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 3:23 p.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
