
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies were called to a hit-and-run collision Tuesday night in northwest Albuquerque’s Taylor Ranch area, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred on the eastbound lanes of Montaño Road Northwest at Coors Boulevard Northwest. Officials responded to the scene shortly before 8:23 p.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but the BCSO said a vehicle overturned on the roadway, and the driver fled the scene shortly after. Authorities did not say whether or not another vehicle was involved, or if any victims were left injured.
All eastbound lanes at the intersection was closed to traffic during the emergency response and initial investigation. Motorists were warned of delays.
