ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KOAT, a driver struck and killed a pedestrian near Broadway Blvd and Lomas Blvd NE on Monday.
The driver hit the victim around 3 p.m. The victim died in the collision.
Officers shut down the intersection following the crash. They asked the public to avoid the area.
Officials have not released the victim’s name or information on what caused the wreck.
Wreck disrupts traffic near Sunset Memorial Park
MESA DEL SOL, NM – An auto accident blocked traffic at University Blvd SE and Bobby Foster Rd SE on Monday, according to APD Traffic.
First responders were called to the scene around 1:47 p.m.
Officials have not released additional details.
