Deputy hurt after colliding with semi-truck in Roswell

ROSWELL, NM – According to KOAT, a Chaves County deputy was hurt in a collision involving a semi-truck at S Main St and E Brasher Rd on Thursday.

The deputy was responding to a police shooting in Roswell when they hit the semi-truck.

First responders transported the deputy to an area hospital. Their current condition is unknown.

The New Mexico State Police are investigating the incident.

Auto accident blocks traffic on I-25 near Isleta Pueblo

ISLETAL PUEBLO, NM – A wreck disrupted traffic on I-25 near mile marker 209 on Thursday, according to KKOB Traffic.

Emergency crews responded to the incident around 2:01 p.m.

Officials have not released additional details.

Wreck reported on US 380 near Carrizozo

CARRIZOZO, NM – According to NMRoads, a traffic accident was reported on US 380 at mile marker 66 on Friday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 9:52 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
