ALBUQERQUE, NM — A collision late Wednesday afternoon blocked at least part of Interstate 40 near northeast Albuquerque, reports NMRoads511.
The accident impacted the westbound interstate approaching University Boulevard Northeast. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 4:12 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash or how many vehicles were involved, but the scene remained active for more than an hour.
