ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A vehicle accident late Tuesday afternoon took over twelve hours to clear from Interstate 25 in northeast Albuquerque, reports NMRoads511.
The wreck occurred on the northbound interstate at mile marker 231, before San Antonio Drive Northeast (Ellison Street Northeast). Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 4:11 p.m.
It was unclear what caused the collision or how many parties were involved, but the scene was not announced cleared from the interstate until 5:51 a.m. the next morning.
