ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A collision Wednesday morning closed a left lane on Interstate 40, just northeast of downtown Albuquerque, reports NMRoads511.
The accident occurred on the eastbound interstate at mile marker 159, approaching Edith Boulevard Northeast and Big I. It was first recorded by NM Roads at 8:13 a.m.
It was unclear what caused the crash or how many vehicles were involved, but the closure remained in place for over an hour.
