ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies responded to an accident last Friday afternoon on Coors Boulevard in southwest Albuquerque, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The wreck took place near Las Estancias Drive Southwest on June 3, shortly before 2:50 p.m.
Officials have not disclosed details regarding the circumstance behind the event, but one southbound and one northbound lane were blocked during the emergency response.
The two opposing lanes remained closed for over an hour, suggesting a major collision.
At 4:08 p.m., the sheriff’s office announced the scene had cleared from the intersection with all lanes reopened.
It was unclear whether anyone was injured.
