BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM –A vehicle crash late Wednesday afternoon closed a section of New Mexico State Road 333 near central Tijeras, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the scene at New Mexico State Road 337 shortly before 4:12 p.m.
It was unclear what caused the accident or how many vehicles were involved, but both eastbound and westbound lanes of NM-333 were blocked.
At 4:48 p.m., the sheriff’s office announced the road had been reopened.

Officials have not shared details indicating any injuries at this time.
