
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A vehicle accident was reported Wednesday morning on Interstate 40, north of The University of New Mexico, according to NMRoads511.
The crash impacted the westbound interstate between University Boulevard Northeast and Carlisle Boulevard Northeast, in Albuquerque’s Netherwood Park area. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 10:37 a.m.
It was unclear what led up to the wreck, but the right lane and right shoulder were shut down in the aftermath.
