LUNA COUNTY, NM — Emergency crews were called to a crash Thursday morning on Interstate 10 near west Deming, according to NM Roads.
The accident impacted the westbound lanes at milepost 64, about 17 miles west of the city. It was first recorded in the NM Roads map index at 9:17 a.m.
Little information has been made available, but the right travel lane was closed as a result of the wreck.
Motorists were instructed to slow down and use extra caution as they approached the scene. Delays were projected in the area.
As of this writing, local agencies have not released any details regarding possible injuries.
