LUNA COUNTY, NM — Emergency crews responded to a vehicle accident Sunday morning on New Mexico State Road 11 near south Deming, reports the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
The wreck occurred on a span of the highway (Columbus Road) near Monte Vista Road at milepost 29, shortly before 8:46 a.m.
Officials did not say what led up to the collision, but motorists were urged to reduce speed and use extra caution while passing the area.
