SANTA FE COUNTY, NM — Emergency crews were dispatched to a crash last Friday evening, September 22, on Interstate 25 near southwest Santa Fe, according to the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
The accident impacted the southbound side of I-25 at Exit 264 to New Mexico State Road 16 toward Cochiti. It was first reported by NMDOT at 7:51 p.m.
Officials did not immediately say what caused the wreck or whether more than one vehicle was involved, but the right southbound lane of I-25 was closed as crews worked to clear the roadway.
