
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies were called to a collision Wednesday morning in northeast Albuquerque’s Nor Este area, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident was reported on the westbound lanes of Roy Avenue (Tramway Road Northeast) at Interstate 25. Dispatchers first got the call at about 7:00 a.m.
The sheriff’s office has not shared the cause of the crash or details on the vehicles involved, but no serious injuries were immediately reported.
Authorities had all of westbound Roy Avenue shut down during the emergency response.

By 9:14 a.m., more than two hours later, the scene had been cleared and all lanes were reopened to normal traffic.
