BCSO responds to semi-truck incident on Broadway Blvd in south Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — An incident involving a stalled-out semi-truck was reported early Thursday on Broadway Boulevard in south Albuquerque, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.

The event occurred on the northbound lanes of the road (New Mexico State Road 47), north of Rio Bravo Boulevard (NM-500), in the city’s San Jose area. Deputies responded to the scene some time before 12:51 a.m. to assist.

Authorities have not provided additional information, but all northbound lanes of Broadway Boulevard were shut down in the area during the response.


No injuries were reported and no other vehicles appear to have been impacted.
