
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies were called to a pedestrian collision late Sunday on Alameda Road Northwest near north Albuquerque, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred at the intersection with 2nd Street Northwest (New Mexico State Road 47), north of Bernalillo County Fire Department Station 31. BCSO officials responded to the scene at around 10:00 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the event, but all eastbound lanes of Alameda Road were closed in the immediate aftermath.
As of this writing, the sheriff’s office has not disclosed any details regarding the pedestrian’s condition or any pending charges.
