BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — At least one person was injured due to a crash involving a motorcycle last Friday evening near North Valley, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident took place on Alameda Boulevard Northwest (New Mexico State Road 528) near 4th Street Northwest. Deputies arrived on the scene shortly before 5:14 p.m.
Authorities did not immediately indicate a cause of the wreck, but a motorcyclist and a driver in another vehicle were involved.
While minor injuries were reported, the sheriff’s office did not confirm the number of people hurt and whether the injured had to go to a hospital.
One eastbound lane of Alameda Boulevard was blocked during the emergency response and investigation.

By 6:14 p.m., an hour after the initial BCSO report, all lanes were announced cleared.
