BCSO responds to injury crash on Ranchitos Rd near North Valley

BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — Injuries were reported following a wreck Wednesday evening on Ranchitos Road Northwest near North Valley, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrived on the scene at the intersection with 2nd Street some time before 7:37 p.m.

The sheriff’s office has not provided any details indicating the cause of the accident or the vehicles involved, but at least one person suffered unspecified injuries.

All westbound lanes of Ranchitos Road were blocked for more than 25 minutes. By 8:04 p.m., crews had cleared the scene and all lanes were reopened to the public.
