ALBUQUERQUE, NM — At least one person was injured Wednesday night in a collision on Coors Boulevard near southwest Albuquerque, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident took place on the northbound lanes at Rio Bravo Boulevard Southwest, near Walmart Supercenter and Rio Bravo Square. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 10:03 p.m.
It was unclear what led up to the wreck, but the sheriff’s office said minor injuries were sustained.
All northbound lanes of Coors Boulevard were blocked as deputies responded to the scene.
Drivers were told access to the area would be restricted until the site is cleared.
