ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies were called to a vehicle accident Thursday morning on Dennis Chavez Boulevard in southwest Albuquerque, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The collision occurred on the westbound lanes at Coors Boulevard Southwest, near the Rio Bravo Square shopping center. Officials arrived at the scene shortly before 6:41 a.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the crash, but all westbound lanes of Dennis Chavez Boulevard were blocked at the intersection. Shortly before 7:00 a.m., all southbound lanes of Coors Boulevard were also closed.

As of this writing, the sheriff’s office has not disclosed any details regarding potential injuries.
