BCSO respond to major crash in SW Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Deputies with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s office were called to the scene of a collision near I-40 in southwest Albuquerque on Monday night.

According to KRQE, the collision occurred sometime before 9 p.m. in the 220 block of Atrisco Vista, just south of the freeway entrance ramp.

Few details regarding the cause of the crash are available at this tiem. However, Altrisco Vista was shut down in both directions while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.

We do not know at this time if anyone was hurt as a result of the collision. Should more information be released, this blog will be updated.
