BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — A rollover wreck was reported late Saturday morning on New Mexico State Road 536 near northwest Cedar Crest, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The collision occurred on a span of the highway (Sandia Crest Scenic Highway) just south of mile marker 12, near Forest Service Road 488. Deputies responded to the scene shortly before 11:26 a.m.
Authorities did not say what led up to the accident, but NM-536 was blocked in both directions during the response.
It was unclear how many vehicles were impacted or whether anyone was seriously injured.
