BCSO called to pedestrian crash on Isleta Blvd in SW Albuquerque

BERNALILLO COUNTY, CA — A pedestrian versus vehicle crash was reported Tuesday evening on Isleta Boulevard in southwest Albuquerque, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident took place at the intersection with Rio Bravo Boulevard Southwest (NM-500), just east of South Valley’s Del Rio Acres area. Deputies arrived on the scene some time before 7:44 p.m.

While the sheriff’s office has not disclosed the circumstances of the event, all of southbound Isleta Boulevard and all of eastbound Rio Bravo Boulevard were blocked during the emergency response.

As of this writing, the pedestrian’s condition and identity has not been made public.
