ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Injuries were reported Saturday afternoon after a multi-car wreck on Tramway Road in northeast Albuquerque, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident took place on the westbound lanes approaching the intersection with Rainbow Road, near the Sandia Resort & Casino. It was first reported by the BCSO at 2:24 p.m., when deputies had already arrived on the scene.
Officials did not immediately say what led up to the crash, but three vehicles were involved.
At least one person suffered minor injuries, but it was unclear whether anyone was transported to a hospital.

Multiple westbound lanes of Tramway Road were shut down following the crash. By 5:13 p.m., nearly two hours later, the scene had been cleared and all lanes were reopened to the public.
