At least 1 injured in crash on McMahon Blvd in NW Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police responded to an injury collision Tuesday night in Albuquerque’s Paradise Terrace neighborhood, reports APD Traffic.

The wreck was reported on McMahon Boulevard Northwest at Redbud Street Northwest, just west of Lovelace Westside Hospital. Officers responded to the scene shortly before 9:00 p.m.

No information has been disclosed regarding the cause of the crash, but a section of westbound McMahon Boulevard was closed in the immediate aftermath.


By 9:49 p.m., nearly 50 minutes later, all lanes were reopened to the public.


As of this writing, the APD has not confirmed the number of people injured or indicated the severity of patient conditions.
