ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police were called to a crash Saturday morning on Interstate 40 in west Albuquerque’s Los Volcanes area, reports APD Traffic.
The collision occurred on the eastbound interstate from Unser Boulevard Northeast to Coors Boulevard Northeast, shortly before 9:55 a.m.

It was not immediately clear what caused the accident, but all eastbound lanes of I-40 were briefly shut down in the area.
By 10:07 a.m., the roadway was reopened to normal traffic.

At this time, authorities have not disclosed any details regarding potential injuries.
