APD called to injury crash near Highland High School in SE Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Injuries were reported Tuesday morning after a vehicle crash near Highland High School in southeast Albuquerque, reports APD Traffic.

Albuquerque Police arrived on the scene at Zuni Road Southeast and Jefferson Street Southeast, in the city’s Highland Business neighborhood. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 8:22 a.m.

It remains unclear at this time what led up to the accident or how many vehicles were involved.

The department has not released details confirming the number of those injured or the extent of their injuries.
