APD called to crash on San Mateo Blvd in NE Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon in northeast Albuquerque’s Quigley Park neighborhood, according to APD Traffic.

The wreck occurred at the intersection of San Mateo Boulevard Northeast and Cutler Avenue Northeast, near Plaza San Mateo and the Interstate 40 ramps. Albuquerque Police responded to the scene at around 1:08 p.m.

As of this writing, the department has not released information indicating the cause and nature of the crash, or the number of vehicles impacted.

No serious injuries in connection with the incident have been confirmed.
