ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police responded to a collision late Monday morning on Interstate 25 near Albuquerque International Sunport, according to APD Traffic.
The accident was reported on the southbound lanes at Exit 221 to Sunset Boulevard. Officers arrived on the scene shortly before 11:24 a.m.
Few details have been disclosed at this time, but all southbound lanes of I-25 were closed in the immediate aftermath.

By 11:57 a.m., more than 30 minutes later, authorities had cleared the scene and all lanes were announced reopened.
