APD called to crash involving bicyclist on Rio Grande Blvd in NW Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police responded to a wreck Thursday morning involving a bicycle and a motor vehicle in northwest Albuquerque, reports APD Traffic.

The collision was reported at the corner of Rio Grande Boulevard Northwest and Don Quixote Drive Northwest. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 11:50 a.m.

It was not immediately clear who was at fault or whether the cyclist was seriously hurt.


At this time, no pending charges or citations have been reported.
