APD called to collision on Gold Ave SW in downtown Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police responded to a crash Monday morning in downtown Albuquerque’s Raynolds Addition neighborhood, according to APD Traffic.

The accident was reported at the corner of Gold Avenue Southwest and 4th Street Southwest, near Amy Biehl Charter High School. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 9:07 a.m.

It was unclear what caused the wreck or how many vehicles were involved.


At this time, the department has not shared any details indicating potential injuries.
