ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A crash closed two right lanes Tuesday morning on Interstate 25 near Albuquerque’s Group Nine Industrial Park Nine area, reports NM Roads.
The collision impacted the southbound interstate at Exit 230 to San Mateo Boulevard Northeast, shortly after 9:00 a.m.
It was unclear what led up to the wreck or how many vehicles were involved, but motorists were asked to reduce speed as crews responded to the area.
By 12:45 p.m., more than three hours later, the scene remained on the roadway, indicating a serious accident and extended clearance time.
Officials have not indicated any injuries at this time.
