ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies were called to a crash Monday evening on New Mexico State Road 423 near Rio Grande in north Albuquerque, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials responded to the scene on the westbound road (Paseo Del Norte Boulevard) over the river. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 5:34 p.m.
The circumstances behind the accident were unclear, but all westbound traffic was forced to get by through a single lane for almost an hour.
At 6:30 p.m., crews had cleared the scene and the roadway was reopened to the public.

As of this writing, the sheriff’s office has not indicated any injuries.
