Accident on I-25 in Albuquerque shuts down three lanes

 ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – An accident occurred on the northbound side of I-25 Monday afternoon, NMRoads reports.

The accident occurred at mile marker 231 of I-25 at San Antonio Drive NE around 3:15 p.m. Because of the crash, the three right lanes of the interstate’s northbound side were shut down.

Little else is known at this time. We will share new information should it become available.

Accident reported on NM 136 in Santa Teresa

Santa Teresa, N.M. – An accident occurred on New Mexico 136 near the Mexico border on Monday afternoon, NMRoads reports.

The crash occurred at mile marker four on NM 136 south of Strauss Road, impacting both the northbound and southbound lanes. No other information is available at this time. We will update if more is provided.

Interstate 25 south in Albuquerque closes after vehicle fire

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A vehicle crash and fire caused the closure of Interstate 25 south near mile marker 228 at Montgomery on Thursday afternoon around 3:45 p.m, KOAT reports.

No injuries were reported, but a large cloud of black smoke was visible in the area. Lanes have since reopened.
