COLFAX COUNTY, NM — Authorities were called to a collision Wednesday morning on Interstate 25 near northeast Maxwell, according to NM Roads.
The crash happened on the northbound side of I-25 at mile marker 431. It was first recorded in the NM Roads map index at 8:27 a.m.
No details regarding the cause of the accident have been provided, but the left lane and left shoulder were closed in the immediate aftermath.
The closure remained in placed for at least three hours, suggesting a more involved emergency response.
