ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A vehicle wreck late Monday afternoon blocked two right lanes on Interstate 40 in northeast Albuquerque, according to NM Roads.
The accident happened on the westbound lanes of I-40 approaching University Boulevard, near mile marker 160. It was first recorded in the NM Roads map index at 4:35 p.m.
Little information has been provided, but the closure remained in place for at least 30 minutes following the initial report.
Motorists were instructed to slow down and seek other routes.
No injuries have been confirmed at this time.
