ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies responded to a vehicle wreck Sunday afternoon in Albuquerque’s Route 66 West area, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened at the intersection of Central Avenue and 114th Street Southwest and was first reported by the BCSO at 1:52 p.m.
While the circumstances of the accident remain unclear, all westbound lanes of Central Avenue at the intersection were blocked as deputies worked the scene.
The sheriff’s office has not disclosed the cause of the collision or information on the vehicles involved, but no major injuries were immediately reported.
