ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies responded to a wreck Saturday morning, August 19, on Coors Boulevard in southwest Albuquerque, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened on the southbound side of the road (New Mexico State Road 45) at Las Estancias Drive. It was first reported by the BCSO at 11:08 a.m., after deputies had already arrived at the scene.
While few details have been disclosed, all southbound lanes of Coors Boulevard were shut down in the area, and motorists were forced to divert away from the intersection.

At 2:25 p.m., more than three hours later, the accident had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were restored to traffic.
The sheriff’s office has not confirmed any serious injuries in connection to the incident.
