Accident closes lane, shoulder on I-25 SB at Montgomery Blvd

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Crews were called to a collision Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 25 near Albuquerque’s Jefferson Commons area, according to KKOB Traffic.

The accident unfolded on the southbound lanes of I-25 at Montgomery Boulevard Northeast and Montaño Road Northeast. It was first reported by KKOB at 3:11 p.m.

Little information has been released at this time, but the southbound highway’s right lane and shoulder were blocked as a result.

It’s unclear whether anyone was seriously injured or had to be taken to a hospital.

CMV rollover closes I-10 EB ramp to I-25 in Las Cruces

DOÑA ANA COUNTY, NM — A commercial motor vehicle overturned on an Interstate 10 offramp in southeast Las Cruces last Sunday morning, February 11, according to the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT).

The collision took place on the eastbound I-10 crossover ramp to northbound I-25 at around 9:30 a.m.

Officials have not disclosed the cause of the rollover, but the entire ramp was expected to remain shut down for the entire day.

Motorists were forced to detour away from the scene onto eastbound I-10 to Mesquite at Exit 155. Alternate routes were recommended.

No injuries or hospital transports were reported following the incident.

Authorities respond to collision on I-25 NB near La Bajada

SANTA FE COUNTY, NM — A vehicle wreck Thursday morning closed a left lane on northbound Interstate 25 near La Bajada, according to KKOB Traffic.

The accident happened on the northbound lanes of I-25 at Exit 264 to New Mexico State Road 16, in an area southwest of Santa Fe. It was first reported by KKOB just before 8:00 a.m.

Local officials have not said what led up to the collision, but the left northbound lane was blocked in the immediate aftermath.
