
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A collision Wednesday morning blocked a right lane on Interstate 40 in central Albuquerque, according to NMRoads511.
The crash impacted the eastbound lanes at Exit 159 before the I-25 interchange (Big I). It was first recorded by NM Roads at 6:52 a.m.
Officials did not say what led up to the accident, but the lane stayed closed for nearly an hour.
