3 teens charged for deadly racing crash near Lincoln Park in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NM – According to the Las Vegas Police Department, authorities have charged three teens for a fatal racing collision that occurred at 7th Street and Grand Avenue on June 10.

Multiple drivers were racing from Garcia’s Tires to Walmart when a deadly wreck occurred around 11:45 p.m. Orlando Romero and Marquez Espinoza died in the incident.

Authorities charged Esiquel Lopez, 18, Etan-Ray Alarcon, 18, and Kaden Martinez, 19, with two counts of vehicular homicide, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, racing on highways, and reckless driving on August 4.

Police have arrested Martinez and Lopez. Alacron remains at large.

Crash closes section of Paseo Del Norte Boulevard Northwest near Alameda

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A collision blocked the left lane at eastbound Paseo Del Norte Boulevard Northwest near 4th Street on Thursday, according to NMRoads.

The incident occurred around 8:08 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the wreck.

Emergency crews respond to wreck on Interstate 10 in Anthony

ANTHONY, NM – According to NMRoads, first responders were called to the scene of an accident on eastbound Interstate 10 near mile marker 164 on Thursday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 7:07 a.m.

Officials have not provided more details.
