3 dead following crash on I-10 near Lordsburg

LORDSBURG, NM – According to KRQE, three people died in an 11-vehicle collision on I-10 EB west of Lordsburg on Feb. 27.

The wreck occurred around 8 a.m. Joseph Malley, 45, Douan Fernandez, 52, and Alexander Acosta, 37, died in the incident.

A dust storm was a contributing factor in the incident, causing a lack of visibility.

It is unclear precisely where the crash took place.

Emergency crews respond to North Valley crash

NORTH VALLEY, NM – First responders were called to the scene of an accident at Edith Blvd NE & Montaño Rd N on Monday, according to BCSO.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 6:24 p.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

Auto accident disrupts traffic near Midway Ranch

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to BCSO, a crash blocked traffic on I-40 WB near Route 66 Casino on Monday.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 5:52 p.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
